A Note to Pet Parents
Fellow pet parents,
We want to take a moment and connect with you directly as this unimaginable health crisis continues to impact our communities. The wellbeing of our team members and pet parents who rely on us continues to be at the heart of everything we do. That said, we’re taking extensive measures to protect the health and safety of our staff with all non-production personnel working from home. In addition, we’re staggering production shifts at our facilities to help protect our teams. With these new safety protocols in place, rest assured that we’ll continue crafting and distributing our natural food and treats to the highest quality and nutrition standards.
In these times of uncertainty, we’re happy to let you know that our knowledgeable Consumer Affairs team is working remotely and is available to answer your questions and help with whatever you need. We can be reached Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm ET at 800.225.0904 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’re also available on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter to chat—just drop us a line!
Our pets have taken on a special role in helping us all get through this crisis. Pets are always a comfort, and we’re cuddling them now more than ever to feel less isolated and anxious. We hope you too will embrace the extra time you have with your family to snuggle up, hang out and slow down.
