Wellness/Old Mother Hubbard Appoints Nick Deldon, Vice President of Finance and Information Systems

Tewksbury, MA (November 19, 2007) —Old Mother Hubbard, maker of the Wellness® brand, and a leading national provider of natural food, supplements and treats for pets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Deldon to the position of Vice President of Finance and Information Systems.

Nick will provide financial leadership for the company in overseeing financial strategy and planning, Accounting and Information Systems. He will also serve as a key contributor in the analysis and evaluation of new business ventures considered to ensure the company's rapid growth.

Nick brings more than ten years of progressive financial experience in public accounting and private industry to the company. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Finance at DarwinSuzsoft, a global IT consulting and outsourcing firm, where he was responsible for all aspects of the finance function, including a $50M private equity placement designed to support global expansion requirements. Nick played a major role at DarwinSuzsoft in managing an acquisition of a Chinese entity and integrating multiple finance functions overseas. Prior to DarwinSuzsoft, he served as an Audit Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP.

Nick graduated cum laude from Providence College with a Bachelor of Science and lives in Arlington, MA with his wife and Newfoundland puppy, Soleil.
